Castle Seaview, the pearl of the Gold Coast is a player home plugin. You won't get it for free, there is a small quest waiting for you!
The castle has a unique look, you'll find nothing similar!

Features:
- over 130 new meshes
- new textures
- become Lord of Castle Seaview and the northern Gold Coast
- new and unique Lord's armor
- unique Lord's horse armor - no DLC required
- the castle comes with several NPCs (some of them are merchants as well)
- short quest do let you earn your castle
- stables with donkeys, cows, pigs and rabbits
- a secret dynamic treasury
- working toilet and bathtub
- an unknown little secret, deep under the castle
- animated roasted pig in the kitchen

Additional info:
All custom made meshes may be used as a modder's resource for Oblivion, as long as prober credit is given.

Changes in V1.1:
-male voice-acting added
-light dwemer helmet will now be correct given to the player
-Enchantment "Detect Life" of the dwemer helmet is now correct working
-stables unlocked (animals are now able to move back to their genuine position)
-1980 genuine Oblivion objects are now set to be "initial disabled" instead of being deleted
-removed "dirty entries" with TES4Gecko
-improved teleportation script
-"MG19script" recovered
-"Wellspring Cave" has been renamed to "Well Cave"
-Horse-quest will now also be correct finished if the player chooses the "Chestnut Horse"




Installation:
*************
-Download "Castle_Seaview.7z" and install it as described in its readme 
-Unzip "Castle_Seaview-V1.1.7z" anywhere you wish,
-copy all unzipped files out of "Castle_Seaview-V1.1.7z"  ("Castle_Seaview.esp" plus all directories!) into your "Oblivion\Data\" directory (overwriting the already existing files).
-When you run Oblivion, click on Data Files, then make sure "Castle_Seaview.esp" is selected and run the game.


Uninstallation:

First step:
When you run Oblivion, click on Data Files, then uncheck "Castle_Seaview.esp"

Second step:
Due the LOD-files you must also delet following files in following directories (or the distant land/castle out of "Castle Seaview" will stay visible in the game):

Directory: "...Oblivion\Data\DistantLOD\"
Files: 
"Tamriel_-54_-2.lod",
"Tamriel_-55_-1.lod", "Tamriel_-55_-2.lod",

Known problems:
***************
-Castle Seaview is incompatible with the plugin "Unique Landscape, Beaches of Cyrodiil, lost coast". But there is already a patch available at "http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=13834".
-If you are using the plugin "Knights of the Nine" you should load "Castle Seaview" always after "Knights of the Nine" to avoid landscape-errors
