Description
===========
This is an elegant dress for HGEC. It comes in 3 color variants, black/red, red/black, and
purple/black.

You may buy all 3 of them at Divine Elegance in the Imperial Market District.

Important:

This mesh is the BANE OF MY EXISTENCE. I never want to work on it again, really I don't.
I spent ages on this fixing up the ruffles and gown section, only to have the combined
evil of blender exporting them incorrectly and then me accidentally saving over the blender
save with a different outfit. Since then, I've started a few times to re-fix them after
re-importing them only to wind up with more and more issues every time I do. And so,
I am refusing to mess with them until I can look at the mesh without dread. That said,
it has a few issues: the ruffles lost considerable verts on exporting, and even more
on re-importing so they have an oddness to them. There's a gap or two in the mesh around
the ruffles, the dress lost some verts as well. You really can't see the gaps that much
except at certain angles. Also, despite every tweak I can think of in blender and nifskope,
in extreme lighting there's a tiny bit of reverse lighting on the ruffles.

I'm not forcing you to download and install this, but I was every so politely asked to
please release this by a friend who's going through a hard time and since I loves her
ever so much I am.

So play nice or I will..I dunno...do something.

Incompatibility
===============
None known

Known Issues or Bugs
====================
You might get minor clipping in some poses, and major clipping with more extreme
pose mods.

In sneak mode, or any other pose that stretches the neck to any major fashion, the
necklace will warp. It's because of how close the jewels sit to the skin, but I wouldn't
have it any other way!
