REQUIREMENTS:
==============================================
Oblivion (of course!) v1.2
Shivering Isles Expansion

==============================================
ABOUT THIS MOD:
===============================================
After my Dremora wizard joined the Mages Guild, he was given a nice new robe... well, maybe it had been new once, but apart from the nice enchantment on it, it was a rather threadbare grotty-looking thing. I like my characters to look good, so that set me off wanting to retexture all the robes. I started with the Mages Guild and it just kind of grew from there. I have also added new robes that are available from a trader, along with unenchanted versions of the unique robes.

The robes are playable - they are all for sale in their unenchanted forms in Rindir's Staffs, in the Imperial City. He also sells a full set of enchanted 'Star Robes', based on the birthsigns. This is also a robe replacer, so most of the stock robes have had a facelift and can be seen on NPC's up and down Cyrodiil. Some of the enchanted robes are done too, but as I'm doing each one as an idividual, this takes slightly longer.

Armoured robes can be bought from Stonewall Shields. He also has a unique open-face Daedric helm for sale.

The Shivering Isles items can be bought from Tilse Areleth at her shop, Common Treasures, in the Bliss half of New Sheoth.

All three traders sell from unique chests, so there should be no incompatibilities with other mods that use those vendors.

Version 1.4:
Battlemage tops support for Robert's female body.
White skin bug on female battlemage tops fixed.

Version 1.3:
Thadon's robe, Syl's dress and Haskill's suit have been made playable and now come with 1st-person, male and female support.
Sheogorath's Regalia now uses my half-and-half texture and female version resembles male.
Battlemage bracers incorporated into the cuirass to allow use of my multi-rings or claws. Support for TFF and Robert v4 bodies added.
Stray vertex cleaned up on the Mages Guild robes.
New monk robes added, with matching hoods.
Male robes now more 'shapely'.

Version 1.2:
All textures optimised and reordered.
Files now in separate 'robetrader' nested folders for easier install/uninstall.
Lots of new meshes to add more variety. Boss robes now much more elaborate.
Female Star Robes now feminine version of the male ones.
Hoods have a shaded effect to imitate casting a shadow.
New robes and new variations added. Matching hats/hoods and shoes now with many items.
Armour has been set to show amulets and rings to allow for stuff using those slots to show up. Golden Saint and Dark Seducer armour can now be looted from bodies.

Version 1.1:
Black robes, including armoured version with pauldrons. Hood added.
Daedric robes on Dremora now have pauldrons, old style is now light version and buyable. Hood added.
Enchantments and prices tweaked on Star robes - all now have 3 properties

INSTALLATION:
===============================================
This mod should consist of:
OblivionRobeTrader.txt
Slof's Oblivion Robe Trader.esp
meshes folder (with subfolders)
textures folder (with subfolders)

Just drag all these (minus the readme) onto the data folder in your Oblivion directory and they will go where they are meant to. All the files are nested inside sub-folders marked 'asrobetrader' - KEEP THESE INTACT - the game knows to look there for them.

Paths for the folders are as follows:
Meshes: data/meshes/clothes/asrobetrader
             data/meshes/characters/_male (be sure to include this as it's required for the cloaks to work properly)
Textures: data/textures/clothes/asrobetrader
               data/textures/menus/icons/asrobetrader
               data/textures/fire/asrobetrader

KNOWN ISSUES OR BUGS:
===============================================
None that I've found. If there are any bugs, let me know so I can fix them. Make sure this mod loads last if any other robe altering mods are used - the game will display whatever changes are loaded last.

===============================================
INCOMPATIBILITIES & SAVED GAME WARNINGS:
===============================================
Will conflict with any mod that alters the stock robes. Always make sure that you back up your existing savegame file before use. Make sure this mod loads last if any other robe altering mods are used.

Should work with any body mod as most items are full-covering. Default install is for the stock bodies. The one outfit showing skin has support in the Extras folder for all the most popular body mods.

I don't really mind if any of this is used for or in other mods, but it's nice to be asked (I rarely say no!), and please give credit to me where it is due. Make sure to change any filenames and ID's to avoid accidental overwrites. Please ask me before uploading it anywhere so I can make sure the correct version is used and not an out of date one.
