Anvil Bay Expansion 1.1

Introduction
------------------------------

This mod is an alteration of the Anvil Bay area. None of the original buildings, including the lighthouse, have been moved. What I did was open up the harbor buy removing the hill inside the bay all the way back to the lighthouse. I have added 4 new buildings, several new npc's, including a skooma dealer, and a retired pirate. You can also buy a ship with faster speed Dwemer propeller on it. There are also some new ships in and around the harbor. For all of you just arriving in Anvil, Ulfgar is looking for a helper at the lighthouse and has a free room for whomever he hires. The new buildings are the Anvil Bay Ship Co., a warehouse, a buyable home, and the Black Flag Tavern. The Black Flag Tavern is both a bar and an Inn, and can get pretty rowdy on the weekends. While it attracts people from all over the area, the locals believe it is a front for the pirates guild.

*****WHEN YOU BUY THE SHIP******
The ship can be tricky, but not if you follow these guidelines.

When you 1st buy your ship from the Shipwright (house closest to the Castle), exit his house to the docks and walk up to but not onto the ship. Save your game, exit to the main menu, and then reload your save. This resets the collision box and fixes the ship so you can walk on it. You don't have to do this every time you approach the ship, but if you approach it and you either fall through it or can walk through it, follow that same procedure and it will correct it. Companions can walk on the deck with you, but if you leave them on the deck and take the wheel, the ship becomes hollow and they will fall through the deck. To get npc's below deck you can do 2 things. 

*1, you can open the console~ while outside the ship and click on the npc you want to teleport inside. Now close the console and go inside the ship. Reopen the console and you should still see the npc's name at the top of the screen. Now type "moveto player" without the quotations and hit enter. This should spawn the npc right beside you. 

*2 download and use Mikiy's Companion Ring mod. It allows you to Mark and Summon one companion at a time. Mark the companion outside. Then go to any INTERIOR aboard the ship and Summon the Companion. Repeat for other companions as necessary. (Quoting Vorwoda the Black, from TES forums).

Copy all the files/folders to your Oblivion\Data folder.
